Place a metal object in front of your speaker at the mandala. This will allow the field to locate the object and store energy within it. The mandala creates a single, powerful energetic field inside the metal object, enabling you to store up to three different energetic fields at the same time, for a duration of 30 days.
Once charged, you can simply carry the object in your pocket when you're outside or unable to listen to audios. The stored fields will continue working on you throughout the day. After 30 days, the stored energy resets automatically, and you can recharge the object with new fields without repeating the process.
