Binge eating is a disorder in which a person feels an uncontrollable urge to eat large quantities of food, often very quickly and to the point of discomfort. This can include a feeling of a loss of control during the binge, experiencing shame, distress, or guilt afterward, and sometimes using unhealthy compensatory measures (e.g., purging) to counter the binge eating.

The condition can form a vicious circle—the person attempts to eat healthily or go on a diet but, because of unresolved mental and emotional problems, returns again and again to food binges to try and bring temporary relief from the emotional suffering.

Many people have made a subconscious connection between food and specific emotions, usually heavy and difficult, past trauma, or lack of love and support in childhood. Through episodes of binge eating, they attempt to ease the suffering from their trauma, which, however, leads to guilt, shame, and further suppression of the emotions they were trying to avoid in the first place since they were unable to face and resolve them.

This field has been designed to provide guidance to your subconscious to resolve the original issues that have led to binge eating and connect you to your inner power and center. This will allow you to feel stronger than the emotional trauma that surfaces before the binge eating episode, and it will no longer appear overwhelming. The field will provide guidance to your subconscious to boost the natural craving of your body for healthy food.

It will decrease anxiety and fears you might have and will bring the amygdala—the structure of the brain responsible for fear responses—back to its natural state.

Memories that make your body believe it is in a fight-or-flight situation will be released. The field will help your consciousness evaluate which fears and precautions are healthy and appropriate and which are exaggerated or outdated, releasing those that are no longer needed.

The field will balance your adrenal glands and cortisol levels, bringing your hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis to its appropriate state.

The field will work towards providing guidance to your subconscious to clear the model of addictive behaviors in general. It will clear dependency on alcohol, tobacco, drugs, people, self-sabotage, and behaviors that you know are harmful and destructive but can’t give up.
