This Is Who I AM is an energy field created to break your current self-image and replace it with a new one. From childhood, you have been trained to believe who you are, and your entire neural network has been built on these beliefs, energies, and convictions. You are absolutely certain that you know who you are.
However, sometimes you want to change — you try, but it turns out that it’s not so easy.
For example, you want to quit smoking because doctors warn you that it may have fatal consequences for you, but you love smoking so much, and you also have in your mind the belief that you are “a smoker.”
We follow a diet or go to the gym for a long time, and after 2–3 weeks we return to our old habits — we have some awareness about ourselves, but we already “know” who we are — after all, this is our thousand-times-lived experience.
We behave badly toward someone close to us and become aware of it, yet we still can’t stop. A voice from within tells us: You must defend your boundaries, because otherwise it may become like in your childhood, when your boundaries were violated and you decided that you had to be the aggressor in order to be heard, so that others would respect your boundaries.
Your mother used to tell you in childhood: We are poor people, we shouldn’t spend money. There is no money for that. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Only bad people have money. And this enters your subconscious.
All of these — and many other stories — are how life has shaped us and what we have come to believe about who we are.
This energy field is created to break that self-image and give you a new perspective of yourself and of who you can become.
It can work in two ways.
The first is to work automatically on the areas it finds most appropriate for you. In this case, it may be more difficult for you to track the results.
The second option, which we recommend, is to give instructions to the field about which areas of your life it should work on, and to tell it what kind of person you want to become — either in general or in specific areas of your life. This is the faster and better option, and you will actually have greater focus in understanding and recognizing your results.
